Cancellation Policy

By submitting your booking you are confirming your acceptance of the cancellation conditions.

A refund of 100% will be given for cancellations received 120 days prior to the start of the Event Programme.
A refund of 75% will be given for cancellations received between 91 days and 119 days prior to the start of the Event Programme.
A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received between 61 days and 90 days prior to the start of the Event Programme.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the Event Programme, nor failure to attend.
